How much space is needed?
Please ensure there is a minimum of 6 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower at the rear. We can deliver to you and leave you to manage the castle yourselves. Alternatively, and usually for larger events we supply operatives at an additional cost. For larger events please contact us to discuss payment methods and fees.
Do you provide Safety instructions?
Yes. The operator will give you a safety briefing and instructions once the inflatable is set up. All our castles have the safety instructions displayed on the step or the safety mat.
My garden slopes a bit - will that be OK?
Yes. A slight slope is not a problem. Typically, we will place the entrance of the unit at the top of any slope. If the slope is more than a little, we may not be able to set up in that location. Your installer may request an alternate location so please have one in mind. The safety of the children is the most important consideration when selecting a setup area.
What condition should my garden be in?
Your garden needs to be all grass and clean of debris and any animal treats that may have been left. Also a clear and easy access to the garden.
