What if bad weather means we have to cancel?

We do not charge a cancellation fee for adverse weather conditions.

Do we need to set up and take down the castles?

No, we set up and pack away castles for you.

Do you charge delivery?

Delivery and collection is free for all venues within 15 miles of Folkestone. Bookings over 15 miles will incur a nominal charge of 40p per mile.

How much space is needed?

Please ensure there is a minimum of 6 feet at the front and rear of castle and 3 feet either side this is to allow access and the blower at the rear. Please ensure there are no overhanging trees where the castle is to be sited, if your inflatable is inside please check the ceiling height before booking. For our 12'x15' Arch Bouncy castles we require a height clearance of 10ft 9in.

Do we need to supply anything?

A clear and open space and a mains power supply within 25m of the inflatable. Any flat level surface apart from grit is suitable. We provide safety mats and sand bags to anchor the castles.

Do we have to take our shoes off when using the castles?

Yes, no shoes are allowed on any of our inflatables.

How long do we get the bouncy castle for?

During the summer months we usually deliver the castles between 8am-12 noon and start collecting from 6pm. Times can normally be arranged to suit your individual needs.

Do you hire overnight?

No we don't offer over night hire but can arrange a late collection of midnight

What is the latest I can hire the inflatable and does this cost extra?

8.00pm is the latest we generally collect, however if you do require the inflatable later we charge an additional £25.

Do we supervise the castle ourselves?

We can deliver to you and leave you to manage the castle yourselves. Alternatively, and usually for larger events we supply operatives at an additional cost. For larger events please contact us to discuss payment methods and fees.

Do you provide Safety instructions?

Yes. The operator will give you a safety briefing and instructions once the inflatable is set up. All our castles have the safety instructions displayed on the step or the safety mat.

My garden slopes a bit - will that be OK?

Yes. A slight slope is not a problem. Typically, we will place the entrance of the unit at the top of any slope. If the slope is more than a little, we may not be able to set up in that location. Your installer may request an alternate location so please have one in mind. The safety of the children is the most important consideration when selecting a setup area.

What condition should my garden be in?

Your garden needs to be all grass  and  clean of debris  and any animal treats that may have been left. Also a clear and easy access  to the garden.

Do you do outdoor hires in the winter?

Sorry no.
